Commencement of Unity College Alumni Asscociation
General
It has been decided to organise and establish the Unity College Alumni Asscociation for regular interaction between the present Management of the College and the old students of the College.
Eligibility
Only Ex-Students of the College are eligible for the membership.
Organizational Details
As per the record of the Unity College asking for the details of the Ex-student of the college and their willingness to become a member of the association willbe forwarded to all the ex-students.
There will be no membership fee and all expenditure on functions and activites will be sponsored and paid for by the Unity College for the initial period of 3 years after which a conscious decision will be taken by the Assocation with regard to these details.
Structure
The Alumni Association will have the following structure to start with:
a) Patron - Principal, Unity College.
b) Officiating Signatory - Mr. Mohd.Hasan Mehdi.
c) Other Appoinments will be elected by the Alumni Association after the first General Meeting.
The dates for the General Body Meeting will be decided after enrollment of the members and keeping in view their convenience.

All comprehensive details will be available on the college website : www.unity-college.org in due course of time.
The Quarterly News Bulletin will also be available on the webiste latest on a regular basis after 15th May, 2007.
Funds
Suitable funds will be earmarked by the Secretary, Unity College from within the budgetary allocations from 2007-08. This pattern will follow upto 2009-2010.
